Terms of Service – Pueblo Poop Patrol (Residential)
1. Service Coverage
We provide residential pet waste removal based on your selected frequency and number of dogs. Services are available on a recurring or one-time basis.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due based on your selected billing cycle. Late payments may result in service interruption and a $10 late fee after 7 days past due.
3. Yard Access
It’s your responsibility to ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on your scheduled service day. If we can’t access the yard, the full service fee may still apply.
4. Missed Visits & Reschedules
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to skip or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may be charged at the regular rate.
5. Waste Disposal
Waste is double-bagged and placed in your designated trash bin or waste area, unless a different arrangement is made in writing.
6. Health & Sanitation
We disinfect our tools and shoes between every property to avoid tracking bacteria or waste from one yard to another.
7. Weather Policy
We work through most weather. If conditions are unsafe (heavy snow, lightning, flooding), we will contact you to reschedule.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you have a concern, contact us and we’ll make it right.
